Use it a little or a lot to help release tight muscles through self-massage or when you are massaging another. It’s ergonomic design means that every part is useable and because it’s just as effective with or without using the finger holes, it suits any size hand.

The Kneader is completely self-contained and requires no batteries or any electrical source, which makes it very durable and easy to clean. The tool comes in unisex white and is for use on adults only. Massage should feel good and be relaxing, so massage only healthy muscle and don’t do anything that hurts.
