We got this
The Kneader came in the post this afternoon and I can’t stop playing with it – its perfectly formed for your hands and for getting into muscles. Its made of a very smooth and hard kind of plastic and it has a very aesthetic feel.
I did a fell run on Sunday evening and today (Tuesday) was really feeling the ache in my thighs, this has effectively ironed out the aches and pains!! Dead cuffed with it 🙂
I’ve only been using it through my clothing at the moment, but the shape is brilliant for kneading the big muscles of the quads and the little side nubs are great for getting in deep to the muscles, even been using it on my neck / shoulder muscles.
